The 2009 Oscar Red Carpet at the Kodak Theater was quite the extravaganza. There were plenty of fashion hits, and of course, a few misses.
In the “chunky” section we have Heidi Klum – the German super model was daring enough to wear huge coral-studded silver earrings and stacked bangles.
Yet the mother of three looked radiant in a vibrant red asymmetric Rouland Mouret gown, bearing a slit up to the knee. She chose to wear her golden mane straight, at medium length, while accessorizing with a matching red clutch and peep-toe high heels.

Also, in the “chunky” category, we have Amy Adams. The Enchanted star was spotted in a crimson Carolina Herrera gown, accented with a chunky neck-piece designed by Fred Leighton.
